4 Reception of products

The "DORJAÏ" brand, as well as all figurative or not, brands and more generally all other marks, illustrations, images and logos on products, accessories or packaging, whether registered or not, and remain the exclusive property of DORJAÏ, except for awards held by suppliers and partners DORJAÏ on the visuals of their products, their brands and logos on the Site.

 

Total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these marks, illustrations, images and logos for any reason and by any means whatsoever without prior express DORJAÏ, is strictly prohibited. This also applies to any combination or conjunction with any other mark, symbol, logo and more generally any distinctive sign intended to form a composite logo, except logos and descriptive signs belonging to brands on the site. It will be the same for all copyright, designs, patents are the property of DORJAÏ.

DORJAÏ prohibits affixing a deep hyperlink to the Site or a hyperlink that uses a technique of transclusion. A user wishes to create a personal website direct link to the home page of the Site, must necessarily ask the express prior authorization DORJAÏ.

 

 

ARTICLE 14 - FORCE MAJEURE

 

Execution by DORJAÏ or Partner of all or part of their obligations will be suspended upon the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that would impede or delay the execution.

Are considered as such, including, but not limited to, war, riots, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes of all kinds.

DORJAÏ inform the customer of such a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence. If this suspension continues beyond a period of

 

 

fortnight, the Customer would have the option to terminate the current command, and it would then elect a refund under the conditions set out in Article 8 of these terms and conditions.

 

 

ARTICLE 15 - PARTIAL DISABILITY

 

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions were deemed illegal or invalid, such invalidity would not operate to invalidate the remaining provisions of these Terms.

 

 

 

ARTICLE 16 - CONVENTION ON EVIDENCE

 

It is expressly agreed that the Parties may communicate with each other electronically or by telephone through the Customer Service Site for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

Technical security measures are in place to ensure the confidentiality of the data exchanged.

 

The parties agree that the e-mails exchanged between them validly prove the content of their exchanges and, where applicable, their commitments, particularly with regard to the transmission and acceptance of orders.

 

 

ITEM 17 - CONSERVATION AND FILING OF CONTROL

 

The filing of purchase orders and invoices is made on a reliable and durable so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

 

 

ARTICLE 18 - DISPUTES - APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION

 

These general conditions of sale are subject to the application of French law.

Only the French version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.

 

In case of difficulty arising in connection with the order or delivery of items DORJAÏ, the customer will have the option, before any legal action to seek an amicable solution, especially with the help of a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice.

 

Any disputes which may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms of sale and its aftermath will be brought before the competent courts of Melun.
